COMPUTER EYESTRAIN?

DO "YOGA EYES" FOR 10 SECONDS

Computer workers can strengthen their eye muscles by focusing and re-focusing on objects that are at a variety of distances.

For example, look up from your work and gaze out a window into the far distance, then shift your focus to something at close range, even a streak on the window glass itself.

To strengthen the eye muscles easily and quickly, occasionally take a moment or two to visually toggle back and forth between a distant object and one close by.

If you do this far-focus/close-focus exercise on a regular basis -- for only ten, even five, seconds -- it will help to offset eye strain and the ultimate the deterioration of your vision.
