Inspired by a dream, a reader of the Japanese edition of NONI: Aspirin of the Ancients flies to Hawaii to consult with Diana.

After reading my NONI book in Japanese, Yumi flew more than eight hours from Japan to visit me.

Years earlier, Yumi had stomach cancer surgery, then refused the follow up drug treatment. Instead, she drank noni juice and completely healed herself.

Today, Yumi is a very successful distributor of noni juice, supplying over 300 families.

The chapter in my NONI book on healing autism with noni contains information that I received from readers with autistic children. These testimonies inspired Yumi and the families with autistic children she was working with, and they eagerly wanted to learn more.

At our meeting, Yumi asked for a suggested dosage of noni for treating autistic children.

I replied that I couldn't offer a generic dosage. Everyone is individual and has an individual build-up of toxins and different body strengths to handle detoxification. So, when we take noni, we need to watch our bodily signals, then increase or decrease our dosage as needed.

One way to do this is to start with less than a teaspoon a day for three days, then monitor changes.

Also, it's very important to stop taking the noni periodically, to give the detoxification time to do its work and to gain perspective.

Trustingly, Yumi told me about her dream that brought her to Kauai. In the dream she saw a small green island. It had lots of trees. She saw two people-"a man and a woman, not Japanese." While pondering the meaning of her dream, Yumi came across my NONI book, and there she found a picture of the two people in her dream -- my Hawaiian friend, Kahalewai, and me!

"It was you," Yumi told me, looking deeply into my eyes -- truly, a noni moment.

In the translation from dream to reality and from Japanese to English, the spirit of the noni transcended all barriers.
